- Knead 800 g flour, 400 g yogurt, 100 ml oil and a little water into a soft dough, divide it into smaller pieces and flatten them into thin flatbreads.
- Cook the flatbreads in a large frying pan or on a baking tray until lightly coloured but still soft.
- Blend the drained chickpeas with 350 g tomatoes and 100 g yogurt into a smooth spread.
- Cut the carrots into sticks and the cabbage into thin strips, then serve everything on shared platters for everyone to help themselves.

Mini oat pancakes with banana and apple
Small pancakes are practical for children because they can eat them with their hands, while adults get a more nourishing version of a sweet brunch. Banana helps sweeten the batter naturally, and apple adds freshness and juiciness.
