Common Questions
Who can take part?
Anyone who creates a user account in the SIVIX web app.
Do I have to be a club member?
No. Just choose the club you want to support.
Can I support different clubs?
Yes. You can scan for one club as long as you want, then switch to another.
Can more than one club receive sponsorship?
Yes. Every club that reaches the qualification goal receives €250 in sponsorship.
What happens if the €250 qualification goal is exceeded?
The club receives sponsorship in the amount it has earned.
What happens if the qualification goal is NOT reached?
The club does NOT receive sponsorship.
How much time will it take us?
On average, reaching the goal takes about 25 supporters who are willing to spend just under an hour of their time.
How is the grand prize awarded?
The qualified club with the most verified contributions at the end of the campaign wins an additional €1,000 sponsorship.
How much is each contribution worth?
For every new product we don't yet have in the catalog, the club receives €0.12 in sponsorship, and for every added price, €0.03.
What counts as a verified contribution?
Verified product scans and price confirmations. Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions don't count. There's a verification system running in the background that also takes location into account, among other things.
Which products can we add?
You can add any product sold in a store that is mainly a grocery store — for example Lidl, Hofer, Mercator, Spar, Jager, Eurospin.
Why are we doing this?
So we can build the most transparent grocery price database in the country together.
